Employment discrimination is when an employee is treated unfairly or unequally based on their color, race, national origin, gender, religion or age. Discrimination is illegal under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act as with as other statutes within the United States consititiution (Miller & Hollowell, 2011).;In this day and age, everyone has a different definition of what a ?typical? relationship between two people is. As we know, the United States Constitution does not address discrimination based on sexual orientation. I believe that as this is becoming a topic that is more openly talked about than ever, I believe that everyone should have the right to be protected against discrimination under the United States Constitution.;I found a very recent article
