In the book Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap?And Others Don?t (Harper Business, 2001), Jim Collins describes level 5 leadership. In recent years the concept of truly great companies being the result of truly great leaders has risen to prominence and because of this, we need to be clear about what it means.;What is Level 5 Leadership?;Level 5 Leadership refers to the highest level of executive capabilities. All leaders are capable of producing success, however not all leaders posses the charisma to propel their organizations out of mediocrity and into sustained, superior, and industry leading performance.
