Outsourcing was used to increase the value of organization and decrease the cost involved. Due to the latest happenings across the globe, like evolving economies, political disorder, and the rising challenge of managing from a distance, companies, businesses, and organizations have been cautious and anxious about sending their employees into different countries. Uprising countries such as Egypt and Libya are examples of security risk for multinational organizations, many HRMs have had to make plans to get their people out safely and protect their assets.
