Performance appraisals are not only beneficial to the employee but to the company as a whole. ?The performance appraisals process involves an assessing the employee?s actual performance relative to these standards, employer setting work standards and providing feedback to the employee with the aim of motivating that person to eliminate performance deficiencies or to continue to perform above par?
