Ethical Issues;Ethical Issues;Ethical issues are a major concern in organizations today because of people in general not to mention anyone in corporations is striving to improve the environment in which they work. There are several things that contribute to how ethical issues are handled effective. There are internal organizational influences, external organizational influences, and individual ethical behavior. Internal organizational influences are ethical codes organizational culture, and size, structure, corporate strategy and perceived pressure for results. External organizational influences are political / legal, industry and national culture and environment (Kinicki & Kreitner, 25). Even though major corporations have a structure designed to deal with internal issues that arise what still comes into play is the individual ethical behavior that each person has. This can vary widely from having no moral boundaries to having extreme moral convictions.
