You have a client who says he thinks he may be gay. He says his church thinks that is wrong, and he is considering attending a recovery-from-homosexuality group at the church. He wants to know what you think. However, you in this vignette, do not agree with his church. Normally you would refer a client to a differnt organization. How would you handle this situation? Why?
