Question;There;are a lot of ways to control an organization. One is through structure;rules, policies and procedures. Another is through inspiring and;motivating employees to embrace the mission and vision of the;organization. (Yes, this sounds like leadership, but there is a lot of;overlap between the four functions as I?m sure you have noticed). Discuss;to what extent these two aspects of control work together in successful;organizations. Be sure to give an example or two to support the;position you take on this.
