Also, paintbrushes tend to wear out with use, and your paint supplier recommends using one brush for every 1100 square feet (OK, they?re in the business to make money (or profit which ever)!). You need to calculate enough paint and brushes to give all four walls and the ceiling the same number of coats of paint.;After computing all the requirements, display the actual total square footage of wall and ceiling space in the summer house, the number of coats of paint to be applied, how many gallons of paint are required, and how many paintbrushes are needed.
